E	Elger Hoekstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg blij met de kistjes. Door het transport waren twee kistjes beschadigd, dit is door het bedrijf direct opgelost door drie nieuwe op te sturen. Let wel op, de kisten zijn gebruikt en worden zo ook afgeleverd. Ik heb ze wel alleen flink moeten schrobben. Echter dit is gemakkelijk gedaan; met een harde borstel schoon borstelen, sopje met groene zeek in borstelen, laten drogen en laatste keer met de droge harde borstel afborstelen. Ze zijn weer als nieuw! Very happy with the boxes. Two boxes were damaged during transport, this was immediately solved by the company by sending three new ones. Please note, the boxes are used and will be delivered as such. I just had to scrub them hard. However, this is easily done; brush clean with a stiff brush, brush in soapy water with a green soap, allow to dry and brush off last time with a dry hard brush. They are like new again!

Op de site werd vermeld 3 tot 5 werkdagen, maar binnen 2 dagen in huis. Super snelle levering. Heel, heel, heel blij mee. Ordered 2 very cool stools. Stool industrial Ruch. Sitting great. Are well adjustable in height. Received confirmation of purchase very quickly. The site stated 3 to 5 working days, but delivered within 2 days. Super fast delivery. Very, very, very happy.

Nadat we de bestelling hadden geplaatst, hebben we nog een keer via de chat contact gehad over wanneer het product bezorgd zou worden. Bij levering was het product goed verpakt. Het enige minpuntje was dat de schroeven die erbij hoorden, niet meer in het daarvoor bestemde zakje zaten. De zak was gescheurd (al voor verzending, want er zat een stuk plakband over de scheur), waardoor de schroeven los in de kist lagen. Gelukkig was de kist goed verpakt in plastic. Kortom; goede ervaring met dit bedrijf! We bought a standing storage box for shoes at De Kistenkoning. After we placed the order, we had another chat via chat about when the product would be delivered. The product was well packaged upon delivery. The only downside was that the screws that came with it were no longer in the intended bag. The bag was torn (before shipping, because there was a piece of tape over the tear), so the screws were loose in the box. Fortunately, the box was well packed in plastic. In short; good experience with this company!

Contact verliep erg soepel en professioneel en ze konden aan al mijn wensen voldoen. Het uiteindelijk resultaat is bijzonder mooi geworden. Materialen van goede kwaliteit gebruikt en mooi afgewerkt. Aan huis bezorgd en zelfs geholpen op de goede plek te zetten. Zeker aan te raden voor op maat gemaakte meubelen! Last summer I had a cupboard designed by the Kistenkoning. With the help of their collaborator Celina I designed my closet completely custom. Contact was very smooth and professional and they were able to meet all my wishes. The final result turned out to be very beautiful. Good quality materials used and nicely finished. Delivered to home and even helped to put it in the right place. Definitely recommended for custom made furniture!

All attempts to get in contact with this company, were and still are left unanswered. It is now well over a month ago the order has been placed, but instead of receiving the goods, I received a refund. – which still leaves me with a loss due to changes in the exchange rates! NEVER AGAIN, BAD EXPERIENCE, AVOID!

Of course, it is not a perfect ikea-shop quality, there are some splinters in them. But that is easily solvable at home as well with sanding paper or sanding machine, in case somebody wants to have a smoother surfaced storage for his/her shoes ? We went there to pick up personally the goods and the staff was friendly and helpful.

They were not delivered in 3-5 working days as they claimed on the website, and we got poor quality boxes: splints everywhere, holes at the bottom of the boxes, loose nails.. We contacted customer service. They responded fast and we got extra boxes as compensation, but those boxes are also poor quality. I would not recommend this place for furniture.
P	Pablo Druetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had ordered a pallet table for our woonruimte but when it arrived, the shape of the table was not what we could see in the pictures in the website (which made us decide for this company) and also the quality of the top of the table may have been better. We were very disappointed and we were about to rate with one star, but the client service reacted quite nicely and we discussed several options, reaching an agreement. They sent us very quickly the new shipment and we even received (as extra) a beautiful small wooden box, which we plan to use in a nice way. This second part made me change the rating for three stars.
