β β β β β Gisteren in de winkel geweest. Moest lang wachten bij de kassa. Geen personeelslid wat me zag staan. Ben met de telefoon gaan bellen..toen kwam er een meneer. Ik gaf aan kan er geen belletje komen. Dat had ik beter niet kunnen doen want kreeg te wind van voren. Lekker klantvriendelijk benoemde ik naar hem. Toen kreeg ik het hele verhaal en ik kan er niet meer tegen. Blokker heeft er maling aan dat we met zo weinig personeel staan.
Nou echt wat een vreselijke kerel. Zo ga je niet met je klant om. Ik zal ook nooit meer in deze blokker komen.
Been in the store yesterday. Had to wait a long time at the checkout. No staff member who saw me. Made a call on the phone ... then a gentleman came. I indicated there can be no call. I should not have done that because it was too windy. I named him nice and customer friendly. Then I got the whole story and I can't take it anymore. Blokker is disappointed that we have so few staff.
What a terrible guy. You don't deal with your customer that way. I will never get into this blocker again either.
