 The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is well-organized. I think the range has deteriorated a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zoek naar een grillpan. Men dacht dat het bewuste product was uitverkocht. Er werd mee gedacht waar ik eventueel nog langs kon gaan om te vinden wat ik zocht. Toen kwam er een heldere ingeving. Er moest nog een pan achter liggen. Even zoeken... En ja hoor; gevonden. Even dat stapje extra zetten, helemaal Top!
Looking for a grill pan. It was thought that the product in question was sold out. They thought about where I could possibly go to find what I was looking for. Then a clear inspiration came. There still had to be a pan behind it. Searching ... And yes; found it. Just go that extra mile, totally Top!

Fine assisted friendly girl did her best. For the customers despite being alone for a while. A pity that there were customers who did not understand and walked away. For me 5 stars anyway

Vrouw achter de kassa deed een partij moeilijk. Ja tuurlijk wil ik me legitimeren. Maar waarom op zo'n moeilijke manier vragen stellen en dat onvriendelijke gezicht.
Als je echt geen zin hebt om te werken... Ga dan ergens anders werken.
Voor mij de laatste keer dat ik iets bij blokker bestel. Totaal niet vriendelijk.
Had ordered something online to pick up in the store.
Woman at the cash register made a party difficult. Yes, of course I want to legitimize myself. But why ask questions in such a difficult way and that unfriendly face.
If you really do not feel like working ... Then go work somewhere else.
For me the last time I order something at blocker. Totally not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had led lampen nodig en vanuit de Heuvelstraat was de medewerkers zo netjes om te bellen naar de Reeshof want kwam er een paar te kort. Artikel nummer doorgeven en ja,daar waren ze nog . Ik er naar toen rijden en wat blijkt, verkeerde achter gehouden,juiste hadden ze niet en proberen de Heuvelstraat Blokker de schuld te geven dat ze het daar niet goed hadden gedaan terwijl ik daar naast stond en ze het zeker goed deed. Waardeloos om je collega de schuld te willen geven en voor mij 30 min verloren tijd. Deze Blokker ,nooit meer!
I needed LED lamps and from the Heuvelstraat the employees were so neat to call the Reeshof because a few were short. Pass on article number and yes, there they were. I then drove to it and guess what, kept the wrong one behind, they didn't have the right one and try to blame the Heuvelstraat Blokker for not doing it right there while I was standing next to it and they certainly did it right. Worthless to want to blame your colleague and 30 minutes wasted for me. This Blokker, never again!
