De kapster had duidelijk geen zin meer om 11 uur s ochtends, na de klant voor mij is ze 20(!) minuten bezig geweest met gegevens van andere klanten in het systeem zetten, collega's bellen over de planning en van alles zonder enige vorm van communicatie. waardoor de totale wachttijd met 2 klanten voor me bijna 1 uur en 20 minuten werd. Niet geknipt weggegaan
Terrible! The hairdresser clearly no longer felt like 11 am, after the customer in front of me she spent 20 (!) Minutes putting data from other customers in the system, calling colleagues about the planning and everything without any form of communication . making the total waiting time with 2 customers for me almost 1 hour and 20 minutes. Not cut away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een afspraak gemaakt voor 12:30 een week geleden. Ik kwam binnen en was niemand aan werken, 2 kappers aan roken buiten. Toen kwam een vrouw van binnen en zij zegt dat mijn afspraak was om 12 uur. Eigenlijk was een fout van de persoon die de afspraak op computer maakte. Omdat ik had gevraagd om 12:30. Zij was onvriendelijk en arrogant, er was niemand, geen. Zij es een dikke blonde vrouw zonder zin in om te werken. Zij linde her doen omdat er niemand was. Beter training voor de kappers, moeten leren dat klanten zijn, first! Ze krijgen een loon dus werken is niet belangrijk.
Ik kom nooit meer terug...
I made an appointment for 12:30 a week ago. I came in and no one was working, 2 hairdressers smoking outside. Then a woman came in and she says my appointment was at noon. Actually, it was a mistake on the part of the person who made the appointment on computer. Because I asked for 12:30 pm. She was unkind and arrogant, there was no one there, none. She is a fat blond woman with no desire to work. They redo lime because there was no one there. Better training for the hairdressers, must learn that customers are first! They are paid so working is not important.
I will never come back ...
