★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wil je wat terugbrengen omdat het niet goed werkt, kan je alleen maar een te goed bon krijgen. Maar eerst moet je ruzie maken voordat je dit voorstel krijgt. Liefst hebben ze dat je met je kapot apparaat weer richting huis verdwijnt. Personeel denkt alleen aan hun eigen en het liefst kijken ze je de deur uit.

Preferably they have that you go back home with your broken device. Staff only thinks about their own and they prefer to see you out the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor de kerst deed ik een online bestelling. Die was niet goed doorgekomen bij jullie, maar de betaling kwam wel bij jullie binnen. Dit zou worden teruggestort.
Inmiddels ben ik vele berichtjes verder en tot op de dag van vandaag is het geld niet teruggestort. Ik begrijp niet waarom zo'n groot bedrijf als Blokker zoiets niet vlot kan oplossen.
Tot voor kort was ik een tevreden klant.
- na een aantal dagen na het plaatsen van deze review stond het bedrag op mijn rekening. Het is gelukkig opgelost! Hoop dat het in het vervolg vlotter gaat.
Before Christmas I placed an online order. It did not get through to you properly, but the payment did reach you. This would be refunded.
In the meantime, I have continued many messages and the money has not been refunded to this day. I do not understand why such a large company like Blokker cannot solve such a problem smoothly.
Until recently I was a satisfied customer.
- after a few days after posting this review, the amount was on my account. Fortunately, it has been resolved! Hope things will go smoother in the future.
