★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had klein probleem met mijn versnelling. Werd direct snel en goed geholpen. Omdat het zo geregeld was hoefde ik niets te betalen. Ga mijn fiets hier zeker voor onderhoud brengen.
Had minor problem with my gear. Immediately and quickly helped. Because it was arranged that way I didn't have to pay anything. Be sure to bring my bike here for maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeldzaam klantonvriendelijk. 2 fietsen daar gekocht maar nooit meer. Ze bellen niet voor de gratis onderhoudsbeurt hoewel dit beloofd was bij de verkoop!
Na 2 jaar kom je met een kromme voorvork er wordt 3 keer beloofd terug te bellen je hoort niets.
Voor service en afspraken maken moet je daar niet zijn blijkt “ helaas “ achteraf!
Rare customer unfriendly. Bought 2 bikes there but never again. They don't call for the free maintenance although this was promised on sale!
After 2 years you come with a crooked front fork and you will be called back 3 times, you will not hear anything.
For service and making appointments you should not be there, it turns out "unfortunately" afterwards!
