Good stock and some ok sofas, but the pictures and prices in their adverts do not line up, the item in the picture is much more expensive. My friend who was looking for a new couch was very disappointed

We saw sofas in several places but the collection in this shop is nice and budget wise all over range.

Ordered a sofa on Sept 23rd. The staff explained that the waiting time is 9 to 12 weeks - acceptable for us. In begining of Dec explained that delivery will be before Christmas, then in second week of Jan. During the second week of Jan I called many times but the staff just noted down my order number and never called me back. After an angry email they called me back. Very unfriendly female and then male, told me that the delivery is now the last week of Jan. They don't know where their factory (ies) is, can you imagine that! NEVER NEVER NEVER buy anything from Seats and Sofas. 4 month after ordering and I still don't know when my sofa will arrive! The staff is very polite until you order, then just stay and wait (forever!). NEVER buy from this company!

Too bad zero star is not possible. Sad face :( 6 weeks delivery was promised, however failed because the sofa was made in wrong colour. And making a new one would take another 6 weeks. a meeting with the boss was scheduled but the boss didn't show up. He promised to call in the following days, however no call at all. We went to the store, a blah-mouth salesman was assigned to us, saying that it wasn't their fault, it was the factory's fault, if u have complaint, call headquarter. We contacted the HQ, 100 euro discount was promised and the couch was due in 6 weeks. Then the correct sofa was finally there, We went to pick it up, but got denied for the promised discount. The floor manager said, our normal policy is 12 weeks delivery, and today is the last day, so no mistake, no discount, we should just be honoured and grateful that they offered 6-week delivery in the beginning. Besides, they gave a lecture that asking for discount was not moral. Just mind-blowing expereince. By the way, dear floor manager, this is the Netherlands, ranking the top English-speaking country, so what kind of stupid bit*ch doesn't speak English? And also, the boss, you r a fu*king coward.

Awful service I ever had! Receptionists or administrators (I don't really know how to call them, but whatever..) don't speak properly English, mixed up all the information and totally don't understand what is happening all around. Their behaviour were so strange. To our question: when our sofa will be delivered, she answered: I don't know, call this people then that people and ask them. Ok, we did. Delivery company also had no clue about where our couch is. So, we called back to seat and sofas, but they weren't pick up the phone during all the day. A few weeks later we got our couch, they have left it right in front our doors. Such a shame! Sofa itself looks good, but on it surface a lot of small wooden pieces, which is still there and I don't really know how to remove it. So, be aware of this company. I don't recommend it and their sofas!

Very cocky and not at all welcoming if you are not buying. The salesman wanted to close the deal immediately and got pretty rude when we said we need time. He also warned not to visit the shop if one is not planning to buy

We visited at the Mijdrecht Showroom. They were quite amazing helped us a lot with all our queries. I would specially like to recommend Robin he was very very helpful. All the best and keep up the great work

Really disappointed with our couch. Starting from delivery, we were told it would take between 9-14 weeks and it took 17+ weeks. The recliners both broke after two weeks.the couch supposedly has a 2 year guarentee but when i spoke to the shop, i was told we would need to bring the couch back to the store to be fixed there.This is absolutely ridiculous how do they expect me to bring it back, i would need a lorry...its a big corner couch. So i have paid 2,500 euro for a couch that is half broken. The click system never worked and all in all a waste of a lot of money. I would never buy from this shop again.
