★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered my bridal bouquet and corsages for the groom and witnesses and specifically told them to deliver BEFORE a certain time. When I called to ask what time it would be delivered since it was almost time for us to leave, they called back to say that "delivery will be a bit late". Note that I had to call them; the florist didn't bother to act on its own to call us and let us know about any problems or delays regarding delivery.
Very unprofessional to arrange delivery of these types of orders this irresponsibly. We still got married without the flowers we ordered but it did ruin the day sonce we left for the ceremony quite upset about this including my parents and the guests when they asked about it.

I ordered a bouquet of sunflowers to my beloved girlfriend. (The pictures describe what was sent to her). I emailed the company the same day my girlfriend received the bouquet and receivedno response.Three days later after receiving no response via email, my girlfriend called them and the female employee stated they liked the bouquet. Female employee did not provide a name nor was I given the option to receive a refund. I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed.
