For a place that’s supposed to specialize in this it ended up being the worst blowout I’ve ever had. I have slightly textured hair which they assured me would be no problem but the young man who did my hair had no idea how to work with it. Didn’t wash properly, didn’t have good technique to blow it out, another hair dresser had to step in and help and it still turned out terrible. I felt like he was a student on his first day of beauty school. A blowout on my hair usually takes 45 minutes this took 2 hours and at one point even though I expressed my disappointment he just gave up to go to another client. Got a slight discount but should’ve gotten it for free. Washed it and redid it myself the next day. Poor service and poor quality hair dressers.
