★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff are ALWAYS rude and the service is just unacceptable.
1. They commonly run out of tapioca at 3pm already and do not care about cooking new tapioca to satisfy their customers.
2. Staff never says sorry or anything and only mention they don't have tapioca anymore AFTER you have made your order.
3. They often just deny you service even though you arrive during opening times before closing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t even wanna give one star but there is no zero star option. As an asian, i think the drinks from this shop are rubbish. I ordered a peach oolong cream cheese but i can’t taste any tea inside. I could only taste peach syrup, some cream cheese which taste like chemicals and watery oolong tea. I strongly recommend people NOT TO TRY IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the simplistic yet modern look this place has. Upfront you can take a card which contains all the drinks with the options so that you can order whichever combination you want. The quality of the drinks itself is quite good. I personally love the passion fruit cold served. It is so refreshing.
The staff is very fast. During peak hours you wont have to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Compared to other places I would say that this is one of the better places where I got some bubble tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the oolong tea with foam cream. The cream tastes as good as the cream in Asia countries. Tea is ok and the boba is soft. The staff is very nice. Price is a little bit high, you will need to pay 5.5e for a cup like what I ordered.
