★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My flight got cancelled and before hopping in the train home, I thought giving this restaurant a chance. I was not disappointed. No, actually I was happy that the flight was cancelled.
Due to my work, I'm blessed with many many diners every year, ranging from normal to top-chef restaurants. This one blew me away. The food was excellent. I had a surprise menu, where the main was actually a vegetarian dish, which would even get the biggest carnivore to his/her knees.
For an airport restaurant, the prices seem steep when reviewing the menu. But afterwards, it felt like a steal. Highly recommended.

Dishes are pretty fancy looking and small. I guess they're going for a higher class style.
The taste was alright. To be fair, it did taste and look Dutch. And the price was fair too.
The whole getting served and paying was slightly confusing. They asked for the boarding pass prior to getting seated. While I was sitting there I observed two people who didn't understand that it was not complimentary to the lounge meals. I would recommend better signs that would explain this right away. Also I would have some pictures to describe what you can expect, when it comes to size and presentation of the meals.

For a premium I’d expected more, mostly a greater selection in food and beverages. In the morning there is a very very limited selection for just breakfast.
The food itself was great!
It’s already worth coming here just because the remainder of the lounge is always super overcrowded!
