★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally pretty good. Good to get away from the chaos of Schiphol.
I did however have to sift through about ten wine glasses to find one that was even remotely clean, they were utterly disgusting. How on earth did they even get on the shelf?
Oh, I nearly forgot. There was no body clearly away any of the plates glasses etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic lounge service in such a good airport. At 7:30am they asked me that check-in for priority pass/diners cardholders starts at 9:30am. At 9:30am they told that check-in is allowed 3 hours before boarding time and 3 hours before boarding they said on Saturdays they don’t allow check-in between 1pm-7pm. I am really surprised why didn’t they tell this when they checked boarding pass twice in the morning. Very disappointing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, lounge was 3/4 empty but not allowed in though we had eligibility with Priority Pass and BA ticket. Because the experience I had at BA lounge, I will not fly British Airways in future, though I fly Half a Million miles every year. Lufthansa is better for flying around in Europe with exceptional customer service so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not BA’s best lounge by a long shot, which is a shame because this airport is so well provisioned otherwise.
The views are outstanding, and it’s found in an easy to reach location at the airport.
The food selection was really under par, and there were no clear labels in terms of allergies or dietary requirements, until other BA lounges.
Similarly, there were only two fizzy drink options at the time I visited, and the general layout of the food was similar to a domestic lounge like SOU.
The lighting is poorly designed; with overheads way too bright, rendering the other light accents a bit of a waste of time.
Seating is similarly badly planned and not the most comfortable when compared to other high standard BA lounges.
I think BA can do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty average lounge with very few food items to choose from. They don't always let priority or loungekey members in for some reason. The receptionist kept asking me what time my flight was leaving as if I was overstaying my welcome. Gave it 3 stars for the coffee machine and drinks options! I'd recommend if you didn't have to pay for it, but I don't recommend paying for this lounge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and drink amenities were fairly basic for any international airline lounge. Free WiFi and a small 6 person charging station is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean & simple lounge, lovely view of the planes and far enough away from the bustle of the gate areas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely space and staff, but very limited food options for breakfast. All the lounges in this terminal were about the same in the food department though (we tried 3 different ones hoping for something better). This is a Priority Pass lounge. Not very many people at 7AM, so it was nice and quiet. There is no bathroom inside so you have to leave to go to the bathroom and then come back which is a bit odd.
