Un grand choix de schtroumpfs, si vous êtes fan, c’est the place to be . Le côté négatif c’est que la personne qui gère cette boutique en ligne n’est pas honnête, si comme moi vous recevez votre commande incomplète et sans facture, après un nombre incalculable de relance par leur service client en ligne, je n’ai eu qu’une réponse du type demandant une photo de ce qu’il manque à ma commande .... bon, vous l’aurez compris par vous-même, le type ne reconnaîtra jamais son erreur , donc si vous effectuez une commande sur ce site, c’est à vos risques et périls ?
A great selection of smurfs, if you're a fan this is the place to be. The negative side is that the person who runs this online store is not honest, if like me you receive your order incomplete and without an invoice, after countless reminders by their online customer service, I have had only one response from the guy asking for a photo of what is missing from my order .... well, you will have figured it out for yourself, the guy will never admit his mistake, so if you place an order on this site is at your own risk ?

Buitengewoon slechte service! Koop hier nooit een product. Een elektrische step aangekocht voor onze zoon. Binnen de 5 maanden was deze helaas al kapot. Daarna contact opgenomen en de step zou gerepareerd worden door de verkoper. Zo gezegd zo gedaan. De step heeft alleen nog geen 3 weken gereden toen hij weer hetzelfde mankement kreeg. Zeer slechte kwaliteit dus. Kreeg daarna een mail met helaas nu zijn de 6 maanden garantie verstreken dus we kunnen niks meer voor je doen. De service laat dus ook zeer te wensen over. Ben inmiddels nu €166,75 lichter. En heb een kapotte step thuis staan waar nog geen 20 keer op gereden is. Gekocht op 26 oktober. Zoon was op 10 november jarig dus tot die tijd in de doos blijven staan. Toen was het winter periode en hebben we de step binnen laten staan zonder er op te rijden want bang dat hij niet tegen regen en nattigheid bestand zou zijn. Dus zoontje helemaal blij toen het weer eindelijk wat beter werd. Al met al dus een goede 2 maanden plezier van kunnen hebben. Belachelijke zaak dit.
Extraordinarily bad service! Never buy a product here. Bought an electric scooter for our son. Unfortunately, it was already broken within 5 months. Then contacted and the scooter would be repaired by the seller. No sooner said than done. The scooter has only been ridden for less than 3 weeks when it got the same defect again. Very poor quality. Then received an email with unfortunately now the 6 months warranty has expired so we cannot do anything for you. The service therefore leaves a lot to be desired. Am now € 166.75 lighter. And have a broken scooter at home that has not been ridden 20 times. Purchased on October 26. Son's birthday was on November 10 so remained in the box until then. Then it was winter period and we left the scooter inside without riding it because we were afraid that it would not withstand rain and wetness. So son completely happy when the weather finally got better. All in all, we could enjoy it for a good 2 months. Ridiculous thing this.

Ordered a very nice figurine, unfortunately it was damaged during transport. Got a replacement without any hassle. Top!

unfortunately I was not satisfied. the prices are good but a smurf was missing in the package and the refund was not immediate. in addition, two collector's boxes had the card with the price glued on. even the packaging wasn't great for a professional shop. communication difficulties before, during and after the order and the free shipping information on the website home page is incorrect.
