Maarja wat doe je er aan zo last minute terwijl de winkels allemaal gesloten zijn vanwege Corona? 2 Dagen eerder had ik al een bericht voorbij zien komen van Intertoys dat het de laatste mogelijkheid was om kerstcadeaus te bestellen. Ik heb ze toch een bericht gestuurd en als ik snel was konden ze het nog voor me regelen. Snel een keuze gemaakt uit het ruime assortiment wat ze op voorraad hadden. Binnen 2 uur stond er een lieve werkneemster voor de deur met ingepakte cadeautjes. Jullie team heeft er echt voor gezorgd dat onze jonge meiden een fantaschtische, onverwachte kerst hebben beleefd. Dit soort acties zorgt wat mij betreft echt voor klanten binding. Ik zal echt extra moeite doen in de winkel wat uit te zoeken ipv via grote online ketens. Wow! What fantastic service! We had decided not to give presents for Christmas, but on December 24 the tree looked very bare and I regretted it. But what do you do about it so last minute while the shops are all closed due to Corona? 2 days earlier I had already seen a message from Intertoys that it was the last opportunity to order Christmas gifts. I still sent them a message and if I was quick they could still arrange it for me. Quickly made a choice from the wide range they had in stock. Within 2 hours a sweet employee was at the door with wrapped presents. Your team really made sure that our young girls had a fantastic, unexpected Christmas. As far as I am concerned, these types of promotions really create customer loyalty. I will really go the extra mile to find out something in the store instead of via large online chains.

Zeker een aanrader mocht je speelgoed willen kopen om eerst langs te gaan bij deze Intertoys in Tiel. Very nice reception by the employee. The owner came over to talk about the product and the stock. Definitely recommended if you want to buy toys to first visit these Intertoys in Tiel.

Ruim aanbod voor ieder wat wils, vriendelijk personeel en fijne locatie in de binnenstad. I have not been in every store for so long, you come here from childhood and you still come back later. Wide range with something for everyone, friendly staff and a great location in the city center.
