J	Jennifer Laak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute Mittag 14 Uhr in dem Blumenladen. Ich brauchte 2 Sträuße. Vorne waren ein paar gebundene. Davon gefiel mir einer sehr gut, jedoch hätte ich diesen doppelt gebraucht. Ich fragte die Verkäuferin, ob sie mir behilflich sein könnte, da kam aus der Ferne, das ist Selbstbedienung. Ich sagte ihr, daß ich aber ihre Hilfe bräuchte, sie kam auf mich zu, ohne Maske (obwohl aktuell Pflicht) und erwiderte noch einmal, aber das ist Selbstbedienung. Ohne überhaupt mein Anliegen zu kennen. Und der Ton war einfach sehr unfreundlich. Ich schaute sie an und sagte, kein Problem, einen zweiten Strauss kann ich mir nicht selbst binden aber ich gehe in einen anderen Laden. Fand sie auch völlig ok. Service also gleich 0 und ich bin ohne Strauß raus. I was in the flower shop at 2pm today. I needed 2 bouquets. There were a few bound ones in the front. I liked one of them very much, but I would have used it twice. I asked the shop assistant if she could help me because it came from a distance, which is self-service. I told her that I needed her help, she came up to me without a mask (although currently mandatory) and replied again, but this is self-service. Without even knowing my concern. And the sound was just very rude. I looked at her and said, no problem, I can't tie a second bouquet myself but I go to another shop. She also found it completely ok. Service is equal to 0 and I'm out of the bouquet.
F	Furkan Balci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Blumen sind klasse. Die Beratung nicht so. Eine der Damen war sehr unfreundlich und hat mich sehr schlecht beraten. Ich hatte Fragen bezüglich der Haltung der Pflanzen und mir wurde sehr widerwillig geholfen. Schade. The flowers are great. The advice is not like that. One of the ladies was very rude and gave me very bad advice. I had questions about the keeping of the plants and was very reluctant to receive help. Too bad.
J	Jörg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe gerade einen "Strauß Blumen " gekauft, drei Rosen, ein Schleierkraut und etwas Grün für 15€!!!!!! Auf Nachfrage von mir die Antwort , Blumen kämen aus dem Ausland, 9€ für die Rosen ok, 1,80 für das Schleierkraut wenn die meinen, aber 4,20 für das Grün ist schon dreist. Habe den Strauß genommen, hätte ja vorher fragen können.Werde in Zukunft lieber woanders Blumen kaufen.Filiale Ostwall,Krefeld I just bought a "bouquet of flowers", three roses, a gypsophila and some green for 15 € !!!!!! When I asked, the answer was that flowers came from abroad, 9 € for the roses ok, 1.80 for the gypsophila if they think so, but 4.20 for the green is bold. Took the bouquet, could have asked beforehand. I would rather buy flowers elsewhere in the future. Ostwall branch, Krefeld
