★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an experience! never again! we booked a car for a weekend at Borent. not the first time. I went to pick it up on Friday evening. I was there at 17.40. they are open till 17.45. And what I hear? That 3 gentlemen (!) inside will not give me my booked car as it is too late and they want to go home as well. They are open next day at 8am and they dont care that I need a car for tonight! they discussed it with me for 5 minutes and by this time they could help me.
Complete disrespect for the customers! Terrible service which stopped in 80s standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite there being 4 people behind the counter serving, they seem capable of only dealing with 1 customer every 20 minutes. Do not come here unless you have a lot of time to spare. It's popular, but even a small queue of 4 people will have you waiting an hour at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and no-nonsense staff, good choice of items and i guess this was the best priced rental for vehicle for one day in the city. Fueling just next door is not the best priced but rather convenient.
One star less for the fact that car was dirty and front tires were rather worn. Plus it took time to agree to sign off as car’s fuel gauge was not showing full.
Will come back again if need to rent.
