β β β β β Uitstekende firma. Ten eerste had ik verkeerde auto gereserveerd, in een mum omgewisseld ondanks administratieve rompslomp voor medewerker. Tijdens rit zijkant verf beschadigd, zonder mankeren deel van mijn borg nadat echte schade bekend was, teruggekregen. Bijzonder aardige medewerkers, in één woord: top! Hartelijk dank!
 Excellent firm. Firstly, I had reserved the wrong car, exchanged it in no time despite administrative hassle for an employee. Side paint damaged during ride, without fail part of my deposit after real damage was known, got back. Very nice employees, in one word: great! Thank you!

β β β β β My reservation was canceled the day before moving...
Iβm moving inside the Netherlands but the company asks for the address of the driver. My friend - who was driving - lives in Belgium and was coming for the weekend to help me move so I entered his info in the system.
Bo-rent confirmed the reservation and then one week after that they canceled it, claiming that the driver must live in the Netherlands.
Watch out for this type of thing and save yourself the inconvenience and disappointment.

β β β β β It is the best rental agency in Utrecht. We have rent cars, small & big vans in various occasions. It has always been a perfect experience and perfectly price.
Pity they closed the shop near Jaarbeurs.

β β β β β It has been already twice that I rented a mini van from Bo-rent to re-locate in Utrecht and everything worked out perfectly! The only downside is that you have to remember to bring a post mail/letter not older than 30 days and that might be not always possible, but I can totally recommend it for the quality of the service!
