Er was wat onduidelijkheid wanneer mijn pre-order binnen zou komen, maar Emilio heeft me up-to-date gehouden en het was zelfs mogelijk om het spel op te komen halen direct nadat hij binnen was. Helemaal geweldig! As can be read in the other reviews; customer service is fast, personal and involved. There was some confusion when my pre-order would arrive, but Emilio kept me up to date and it was even possible to pick up the game right after it arrived. Totally awesome!

Mijn pre-order op de dag van de lancering in huis, sneller kan niet. Ik kan helaas maar 5 sterren geven, maar deze shop verdient er 10. Stay safe en tot binnenkort. Super webshop, highly recommended. Dit vind ik erg leuk omdat je veel verschillende spellen ook kan uitproberen en niet beperkt word in de thema’s, ik kan dus rustig kijken welke genres ik leuk vind voor thuis. Maar ook is de sfeer goed en word je geholpen op een fijne manier en kan je gewoon je vragen stellen, dit ben ik wel anders gewend bij concurrentie, echt gaaf dat boardgameshop-corner nu in Papendrecht is. Ruim aanbod en snelle levering van de producten. Echter werd mijn bestelling opgesplitst omdat deze een preorder bevatte. Op zich niets verkeerd mee, integendeel ik was zeer tevreden dat ik onmiddelijk van de beschikbare producten kon genieten. Maar bij verzending van het laatste productuct kreeg ik bericht dat er bijkomende verzending diende betaald te worden. Dit vind ik niet correct 1. Op de website verkondigen ze gratis verzending. 2. De bestelling werd gesplitst op initiatief van Boargameshop. Mij gaat het niet om het bedrag (4,10 EUR) Maar om het principe. Deze kost werd niet gecommuniceerd. De vraag zou altijd moeten gesteld worden of de klant wil dat de bestelling opgesplitst wordt of niet in dit geval. Duidelijk gaat het bij Boardgameshop ook om het principe want voor 4,10 EUR zijn zij bereid een klant te verliezen. Graag zeg ik er ook bij dat de communicatie snel, vlot en vriendelijk verliep. Items were well packed on arrival, even the corners of the boxes were protected with plastic covers. Wide range and fast delivery of the products. However, my order was split because it contained a preorder. Nothing wrong with that in itself, on the contrary I was very pleased that I could immediately enjoy the available products. But when I sent the last product, I got a message that additional shipping had to be paid. I don't think this is correct 1. On the website they advertise free shipping. 2. The order was split at the initiative of Boargameshop. For me it's not about the amount (4.10 EUR) but about the principle. This cost was not communicated. The question should always be asked whether the customer wants the order split or not in this case. It is clearly also about the principle at Boardgameshop, because for EUR 4.10 they are willing to lose a customer. I would also like to add that the communication was fast, smooth and friendly.
