★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds 2,5 jaar sport ik graag bij BBPT. Ik begon met groepslessen gericht op het verbeteren van hardlooptechniek en het versterken van core. Later ben ik over gestapt naar PT bij Errol om gericht te trainen m.b.t. de sportkeuring die ik voor mijn toelating bij Defensie moest doen. De trainingen hebben zeker bijgedragen aan het verbeteren van mijn hardlooptijden en het soepel doorstaan van de sporttesten. Na een tijdje gestopt te zijn met PT ben ik sinds een half jaar weer gestart. Ik mistte de deskundige en professionele begeleiding, het perfecte afstemmen van krachttrainingen ter ondersteuning van de andere sporten (hardlopen & wielrennen) die ik doe en de fijne sfeer die er bij BBPT is. Ik ben begonnen met trainen bij Joël. Ik ervaar de trainingen als heel prettig. Joël heeft veel kennis van de oefeningen en hoe deze aan te passen, passend bij mijn lichaam, doelen, niveau en eventuele 'blessures'. Joël is scherp op de juiste houding tijdens de oefeningen. Vanuit zijn rustige houding is hij een zeer motiverende trainer.
I have been enjoying sports at BBPT for 2.5 years. I started with group lessons aimed at improving running technique and strengthening the core. Later I switched to PT with Errol to train specifically with regard to the sports inspection that I had to do for my admission to the Ministry of Defense. The workouts definitely helped improve my running times and pass the sport tests smoothly. After stopping PT for a while, I started again six months ago. I missed the expert and professional guidance, the perfect coordination of strength training to support the other sports (running & cycling) that I do and the great atmosphere at BBPT. I started training with Joël. I experience the training as very pleasant. Joël has a lot of knowledge of the exercises and how to adapt them, to suit my body, goals, level and possible 'injuries'. Joël is keen on the correct posture during the exercises. From his calm demeanor he is a very motivating trainer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De trainers zijn enthousiast en kundig, de ruimtes netjes en er hangt een fijne sfeer. Er wordt goed rekening gehouden met (oude) blessures en waar nodig worden oefeningen tijdens de training aangepast.
Zelf volg ik de one-on-one lessen bij Joël. De lessen zijn afwisselend, uitdagend en vliegen voorbij (half uur!). Geboekt resultaat na een jaar: sterker, betere houding en conditie, minder nek- en rugklachten, cm’s kwijt.
Door de jaren heen heb ik bij verschillende PT’s en sportscholen gesport, maar Body Balance Personal Training steekt wat mij betreft met kop en schouders boven de rest uit.
The trainers are enthusiastic and knowledgeable, the spaces are neat and there is a nice atmosphere. (old) injuries are taken into account and exercises are adjusted during training where necessary.
I myself follow the one-on-one lessons with Joël. The lessons are varied, challenging and fly by (half an hour!). Results achieved after one year: stronger, better posture and condition, fewer neck and back complaints, lost cms.
Over the years I have worked out at various PTs and gyms, but Body Balance Personal Training stands head and shoulders above the rest in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this gym - you get tailored exercises in a clean and bright environment. Free water and fruit are a real bonus! Cost-wise you need to be able to carry it, but for me, training with Gregorio isn’t only fun, it has made me visibly stronger and more energetic.

I started training at BBPT little over a year ago, because I was done seeing little to no results at the regular gym. One year in with my trainer Royce and I can honestly say I’m a different person. Lost about 20 cm from my waist, shrunk down from XL to S and now fitter than ever before.
These trainers really know what personal training is all about. Start at your level and work your way up to exercises you’d never thought of doing. They know how to keep you motivated and push you even when you feel like you can’t.
Personal training is pricey, but it’s definitely worth the investment. BBPT offers you free coffee, water, fruit, lockers and a shower. Not to forget 100% expertise. If you’re not sure about one-on-one, try the other (cheaper) options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my training with Joël a few weeks back, doubting if a half an hour session would do me any good, but believe me, it’s more than enough and it works for real.Joël is wonderful to work out with, he knows his stuff and provides helpful tips throughout the workout. He also makes sure you use all muscle groups and has plan very single time.
The gym itself welcomes you with a pleasant smell of cleanses , and you will leave with a fresh fruit and a short breath ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been training at Body Balance for over a year now. I am very satisfied with the results. Especially my self confidence has had a great improvement, this has much to do with the fact that I feel much fitter and more comfortable with my body. We have also been keeping track of my endurance level and we can see a dramatic difference with where I was a year ago.
Royce has been my go to trainer. He has been very helpful in my road to success. He motivates me, and really cares about my improvement. I have also had the chance to get to know the rest of the team. They have been training me when Royce wasn't available. Overall I am very satisfied with the level of engagement from the body balance team.
Sometimes the training is very, very tough, but this is also a good thing, because the trainers drag you trough by motivation. The only way to make improvement is to challenge yourself and be ready to feel some muscle fatigue.
So overall, if you are about to choose a standard fitness center, I suggest to think it over again, because being motivated by someone makes a huge difference to keep you going and reach your goals.
