Gewoon in 1 woord: klasse. 17 jaar geleden trainde ik 12 jaar lang old scool bodybuilding bij body fit, maar moest toen plots de strijd staken door een ernstige knie blessure. Daarna revalideren en ben wel altijd blijven wielrennen. Onlangs hebben mijn zoon en ik ons weer aangemeld. en t gaat super goed. Btw zeker een 10+ waard. Een echte aanrader!!! Anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch, weil es auf den Bildern im Internet etwas anders aussah, als die modernen Ketten, in denen ich sonst trainiert habe. Aber hier bei Bodyfit herrscht so eine coole und familiäre Atmosphäre, dass man sich sofort super aufgehoben und willkommen fühlt. Die Besitzer sind einfach wahnsinnig nett. Hier ist man nicht einfach eine Nummer, sondern man wird auch mal gefragt, wie es einem geht und man bekommt super Begleitung. Und was ich absolut cool finde: Die oldschool-gym-Atmosphäre! Das macht einfach mega Spaß und habe ich so hier in der Umgebung noch nirgendwo gesehen! Absolute Empfehlung! Ps: Gönnt euch unbedingt einen Shake nach dem Training! Super lecker und cremig? But here at Bodyfit there is such a cool and familiar atmosphere that you immediately feel in good hands and welcome. The owners are just so nice. Die langen Öffnungszeiten ermöglichen es mir auch neben dem Beruf regelmäßig das Fitnessstudio zu verschiedenen Trainings-Kursen wie z.B. Boxsack-Training oder Zirkeltraining besuchen zu können. Leckere Auswahl an Supplements und Fitness Riegeln und Shakes. Excellent fitness studio, super nice family atmosphere with Caro and Kevin. The long opening times enable me to regularly go to the gym for various training courses, such as To be able to attend punching bag training or circuit training.
