Zo volg ik bootcamps, kickfit- en krachttrainingen, allemaal buiten, gegeven door professionele en bovenal enthousiaste trainers. Oprechte aanrader en het geld driedubbelendwars waard.
I've been working out with Freddy for years and I've never been more motivated. Quitting is not an option. The workouts are challenging and varied. For example, I follow boot camps, kickfit and strength training, all outside, given by professional and above all enthusiastic trainers. Highly recommended and well worth the money.
