★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Electro (EMS) sporten is mijn wekelijkse krachttraining van 20 minuten. Het is snel, effectief en houdt me fit en gezond. 20 minuten EMS training staat gelijk aan 1,5 uur sportschool! Dat is dus tijdbesparen, belangrijk voor mij als ondernemer. Daarbij is Bodytec een fijne studio met een persoonlijke aanpak. Marijke, Eline & Ayser zijn prettig, professioneel, kundig. Sporten is niet mijn hobby maar ik kom graag elke week én met resultaat!
 Electro (EMS) sports is my weekly 20-minute strength training session. It is fast, effective and keeps me fit and healthy. 20 minutes of EMS training equals 1.5 hours of gym! So that saves time, which is important to me as an entrepreneur. Bodytec is a great studio with a personal approach. Marijke, Eline & Ayser are pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. Sports is not my hobby but I like to come every week and with results!
