Holland INcompany – Professioneel plezier - Hollandincompany.nl
Professioneel Plezier betekent voor mij dat de inhoud van mijn werk boeiend is én blijft in een omgeving waarbij het prettig is om met collega’s en relaties samen te werken. En dat ook de connectie tussen werk en privé een beetje klopt. Waar ik plezier aan beleef is de ruimte die ik voel om met soms wat vreemde of wilde ideeën aan te komen bij collega’s en/ of klanten zonder dat men die direct afschiet, dat ik ze kan waar maken en daarmee het professionele plezier bij mensen in organisaties verder kan vergroten.

Zij helpen ons met de ontwikkeling van onze talenten en zijn zeer betrokken bij het tot stand komen van een aantal L&D programma’s.

Door met je team in spelvorm (buiten!) dingen te doen ervaren alle teamleden wat de interactie is en waar het samenwerken goed gaat en beter kan. Het nagesprek hierover wordt met concrete situaties en acties toegelicht. Ik heb recent meerdere malen gewerkt met Sabine Mastwijk en heb de eerste stappen van Lara Koopman meegemaakt: zeer professioneel en een hulp bij de ontwikkeling van het team.
I have many years of experience with Outing Holland and I recommend Outing Holland to every organization. Why so excited? By doing things with your team in a game (outside!) all team members experience what the interaction is and where cooperation goes well and can be improved.
