★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place! Total scam! Score ordered and paid on 4th february 2021. Until today - absolutely no contact from them. They don't respond on emails and phone calls since then. Absolute lack of any contact. Money of course lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for the matter of fact that I received my order at all.
About a week ago my sheet music came after a successful payment. But when I opened the package I saw that one of the books was missing that I had ordered and payed for. That book in question supposedly was clearly marked as in stock on their website. On the invoice the title of that book was simply marked with a red “X” on the side - without any explanations whatsoever. Regarding the payment; they DID NOT compensate or refund me for the missing sheet music. Nor did they reply to any of my emails that I sent to them, at least so far.
This is what I call an AWFUL AND IGNORANT customer service that is both unexpected and SHAMEFUL for such a long-standing business that was founded in the 1870’s!
