★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik probeer online 2 boeken te bestellen en een deel hiervan te betalen met een cadeaubon die ik heb gekregen van mijn werkgever. Dit kan niet, een cadeaubon is niet online te gebruiken. Via de chat wordt mij geadviseerd te bellen, dit heb ik nu 4 x geprobeerd, maar telkens wordt na een tijdje de verbinding verbroken. De chat biedt excuses aan, maar heeft geen oplossing. slecht dit, heel slecht.....
 I'm trying to order 2 books online and pay for part of them with a gift card I got from my employer. This is not possible, a gift voucher cannot be used online. Via the chat I am advised to call, I have now tried this 4 times, but every time the connection is broken after a while. The chat apologizes but has no solution. bad this, very bad.....
