Daardoor moet je iedere keer als je voor de deur staat weer opnieuw inloggen. Daarnaast is het systeem ook vrij traag waardoor het vrij lang duurt voordat het slot opent. Contact met de Service Desk via de app heeft ook geen zin, omdat je dan geen enkele reactie ontvangt. I removed the lock after 2 months. Since an update, the app constantly forgets my login. Bold Smart Lock is zeer eenvoudig te installeren, de app is goed overzichtelijk en kent een gebruiksvriendelijke interface. Kom je er even niet uit of zoek je advies dan is deze oerhollandse fabrikant eenvoudig te bereiken. Telefonisch bereikbaarheid is gewoon een feestje. Geen ingewikkelde of ellenlange keuze menu’s. Persoonlijk & direct. Fantastic product and also service / support. Bold Smart Lock is very easy to install, the app is well-organized and has a user-friendly interface. Zo ging mijn deur een paar keer vanzelf open terwijl ik al de hele avond thuis was. En afgelopen zaterdag deed de app het helemaal niet meer. Gelukkig kon ik nog mijn huis in met de backup pincode, als ik die niet had ingesteld had ik een groot probleem gehad. De klantenservice reageerde traag en gaf halfbakken antwoorden. Uiteindelijk werkt het slot weer na een hoop gepruts. Voor de prijs van het product verwacht je betere ondersteuning en geen gedoe. Ik geef twee sterren omdat de eerste tijd het wel werkte. And last Saturday the app stopped working at all. Fortunately I was still able to enter my house with the backup PIN code, if I had not set it I would have had a big problem. Customer service was slow to respond and gave half-baked answers. Finally the lock works again after a lot of fiddling. For the price of the product you expect better support and no hassle. I give two stars because it worked the first time.

Onlangs raakte ik met een ladder de buitenknop van één van de sloten en brak de knop af. Uit coulance hebben ze een compleet nieuw slot opgestuurd, echt superservivce! I have been using BOLD smart locks for some time, they work really great without needing too much technical knowledge. Recently I hit the outside knob of one of the locks with a ladder and the knob broke off. Out of leniency they sent a completely new lock, really super service!
J	J & J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds een dikke maand nu een bold smartlock aangeschaft. Ik heb direct gekozen voor bold en bold connect. Een beslissing die echt super goed bevalt. Het slot is geïnstalleerd binnen 10 minuten en werkt dan ook zoals het hoort. De bold connect maakt dat openen op afstand ook totaal geen probleem is. Kom je na een wandeling, stukje rennen of na je werk thuis, dan opent het slot vanzelf. Het invoeren van de code is wel een stuk lastiger, maar dit heb ik alleen getest en daarna weer netjes uitgeschakeld. Bij eventuele vragen is de helpdesk makkelijk te bereiken en zijn onduidelijkheden vlug opgelost. Super tevreden en wacht met smart op het codepaneel en de toepassing om bold op te nemen in mijn smarthome. Bought a bold smartlock for over a month now. I immediately opted for bold and bold connect. A decision that really pleases me. The lock is installed within 10 minutes and works as it should. The bold connect means that remote opening is no problem at all. If you come home after a walk, run or after work, the lock will open automatically. Entering the code is a lot more difficult, but I only tested this and then turned it off neatly. If you have any questions, the helpdesk is easy to reach and any ambiguities are quickly resolved. Super satisfied and eagerly waiting for the code panel and the application to include bold in my smarthome.
