★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geërgerd elke keer als mijn pakket daar naartoe gaat. Kon het de eerste keer niet vinden. Alleen geopend tijdens werkuren en gesloten in het weekend.
"Buren" zijn veel meer beschikbaar ...
 Annoyed every time my package goes there. Could not find it the first time. Only open during working hours and closed on weekends.
"Neighbors" are much more available ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokatie is wel even zoeken. Bij kantoor van Tribes de trap omhoog en na de receptie aan de linkerkant staat een kast van deBuren . Hier kun je makkelijk je pakket scannen en inleveren.
Location is a bit of a search. Up the stairs at the office of Tribes and after the reception on the left is a cupboard of deBuren. Here you can easily scan and return your package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diep achterin Tribes; niet erg toegankelijk. Na 18:00 en ‘s weekends daardoor sowieso niet toegankelijk. En als Tribes besluit eerder de deur dicht te gooien (zoals me deze week gebeurde, toen was ik er om 17:50) rijd je voor niks langs.
Deep in the back of Tribes; not very accessible. Therefore not accessible after 6 pm and at weekends. And if Tribes decides to close the door earlier (as happened to me this week, when I was there at 5:50 pm) you drive by for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was erg slecht te vinden, want er staat nergens een bord of iets met DHL erop... Bleek een trap op te moeten. Dame bij de ingang van Tribes vertelde me de dat ik ergens achterin moest zijn... Vervolgens kom ik bij een soort rare kluizen ipv een bali met medewerker. Ik blijk een barcode te moeten scannen, maar de barcodes op mijn pakketjes geven enkel foutmeldingen... Ik kan op de DHL website een nieuwe barcode kopen, maar die kosten tussen de 4 en 7 euro en ik wilde iets gratis retourneren... Ik vraag de dame van de ingang om hulp, die reageert in eerste instantie überhaupt niet, en na een tijdje zegt ze niks ervan te weten... Lekker handig... Ik had wel wat meer "Service" verwacht bij een DHL ServicePoint... Had het dan SelfServicePoint genoemd, want daar komt het wel op neer... Na een halfuur prutsen ben ik met beide pakketjes weer naar huis gefietst...
Was very difficult to find, because there is nowhere a sign or anything with DHL on it ... Turned out to have to climb a flight of stairs. Lady at the entrance of Tribes told me that I had to be somewhere in the back ... Then I come to some kind of weird lockers instead of a bali with employee. Apparently I have to scan a barcode, but the barcodes on my packages only give error messages ... I can buy a new barcode on the DHL website, but it costs between 4 and 7 euros and I wanted to return something for free ... ask the lady at the entrance for help, she doesn't respond at all at first, and after a while she says she doesn't know anything about it ... Nice and handy ... I would have expected a bit more "Service" at a DHL ServicePoint .. Would it have been called SelfServicePoint, because that is what it comes down to ... After half an hour of tinkering, I cycled home with both packages ...
