Après 2 mois d'attente et malgré le paiement encaissé, aucune nouvelles de ma commande et ne répond pas aux plusieurs e-mails envoyés ! Boutique à éviter !
After 2 months of waiting and despite the payment received, no news of my order and did not respond to several e-mails sent! Shop to avoid!

Ich habe Verkleidungen für eine Husqvarna bestellt. Bezahlt per Paypal am 20. Januar 2018. Danach nichts gehört. Auf weitere Anfragen immer wieder leere Versprechungen. Erst als ich über Paypal mein Geld zurückfordern wollte, wurde mir ein Teil der Ware zugeschickt, mit Vermerk auf Teile im Rückstand. Ich hatte Hoffnung alle meine Teile zu erhalten aber nein. Wieder Leere versprechen, die fehlenden Teile würden bald kommen. Es wurde bereits Anfang April und ich schrieb eine letzte Nachricht, in der Ich einen fixen Liefertermin verlangte. Es wurde mir dann gesagt der Rest sei gar nicht mehr lieferbar. Aber auch das nur auf Anfrage. Ich habe mein Geld für die fehlenden Teile zurückgefordert am 14. April, es kam nichts! Erst nach heutigem (15 Mai) androhen, zu einem Anwalt zu gehen, war das Geld innert 2 Minuten da. Fazit: Liederlicher Service und bestimmt keine Bestellung wert. Schade!! Bei Neubert Racing hatte ich dann die fehlenden Teile gefunden und innert 2 Tagen erhalten
I ordered fairings for a Husqvarna. Paid by Paypal on January 20, 2018. After that nothing heard. Empty promises again and again on further inquiries. Only when I wanted to claim my money back via Paypal was part of the goods sent to me, with a note of parts in arrears. I had hope to get all my parts but no. Again promise empty, the missing parts would come soon. It was already the beginning of April and I wrote one last message asking for a fixed delivery date. I was then told the rest was no longer available. But only on request. I reclaimed my money for the missing parts on April 14th, nothing came! Only after today (May 15) threatening to go to a lawyer was the money there within 2 minutes. Conclusion: song service and definitely not worth ordering. What a shame!! At Neubert Racing I found the missing parts and received them within 2 days

zeer slechte ervaring met Bon motoren. Heb er een half jaar geleden een voorspatbord besteld voor een Husqvarna TR650 maar is nooit geleverd. Na heel veel over en weer mailen en veel beloftes van hun heb ik tot op de dag van vandaag nooit iets ontvangen. Dit soort bedrijven moeten niet mogen bestaan. Doe er geen zaken mee dames en heren!
very bad experience with Bon engines. I ordered a front mudguard for a Husqvarna TR650 six months ago, but it was never delivered. After a lot of e-mails and lots of promises from them, I have never received anything to this day. Such companies should not exist. Don't do business with it ladies and gentlemen!

Na hier eerder al onderdelen te hebben gekocht voor mijn Husqvarna waar ik lang op moest wachten, had ik hen het voordeel van de twijfel gegeven en nogmaals een (kleine) order geplaatst. Na anderhalve maand nog steeds geen update over levertijden. Telefoon 1 lijkt afgesloten te zijn, en bij telefoon 2 krijg ik direct de voicemail met het bericht dat ik een bericht moet achterlaten via WhatsApp. Echter wordt deze niet afgeleverd. Ook herhaaldelijke e-mails wordt niet op gereageerd.
Having previously bought parts for my Husqvarna here that I had to wait a long time for, I had given them the benefit of the doubt and placed another (small) order. After a month and a half still no update on delivery times. Phone 1 seems to be locked, and with phone 2 I immediately receive the voicemail with the message that I have to leave a message via WhatsApp. However, it will not be delivered. Repeated e-mails are also not responded to.

Serveral parts where missing when i got my order in the mail. They said that i will get the missing parts on a new order with a new tracking number. I have not recived any more parts or tracking number and they do not answer mail..

I ordered and paid for a clutch on the 29th Dec2017. I received ane email on 4th Jan 2018: "The parts were not in stock so we had to order them. I'll ship asap." I received an email on 15th Jan 2018: "Your order is shipped with tracking nr ()" No tracking number!!!!! I have sent emails requesting the tracking number on 17/24/28th. All have been ignored. Today I called their number, it rang then went to voicemail. This company is either (a) incompetent or (b) just a bunch of thieves. I hope it is the former, but I'm starting to consider they may be the latter...

I have ordered parts months ago and after first week they send me an email that they are soon to be shipped. Then month ago I called and they said tommorow they will ship them out and since then all my emails and phone calls has been ignored. I called on different days and couple times a day. I contacted the Hollands goverment customer protection, if they could help me with this. It is to be seen. I highly recommend to not use this shop.

How do you give less than 1 star? I may be open to change my review if I ever receive the parts I ordered. I ordered and paid for parts on 4 December 2017. The website does not show any order information, so can't track it. All emails so far have been ignored, apart from when I used the " contact us" on their site. They said the parts were ordered and would be shipped asap. All subsequent emails to them have also been ignored. At this stage my logical conclusion is that they have taken my money and have no intention to send me anything, I am about to start a request for refund process through paypal
