★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van te voren contact gehad met Jeffrey ivm baby stoeltje voor mijn kleine van 5 mnd. 3 maal bevestigd dat dit geen probleem was. Wij hadden een andere taxi afgezegt die 90 euro vroeg maar aangaf geen stoeltje te hebben voor een baby omdat dit niet verplicht was. Hier was Jeffrey ook van op de hoogte, Taxi Bogaard vroeg € 170 voor de rit. Maar dit vonden we het waard voor de veiligheid van onze baby. Puntje bij paaltje komt de taxi zonder babystoeltje waardoor de ervaring met dit bedrijf de hele rit mij stress heeft opgeleverd ivm baby op schoot. Na feedback aan Jeffrey zegt hij doodleuk. Jammer dat het is tegengevallen maar het is niet verplicht. Hele rare manier van werken. De chauffeur die ons reed was wel een aardige man maar zou dit bedrijf niet nogmaals boeken.
Had contact with Jeffrey in advance about baby seat for my little one of 5 months. Confirmed 3 times that this was not a problem. We had canceled another taxi that asked for 90 euros but indicated that we did not have a seat for a baby because this was not mandatory. Jeffrey was also aware of this, Taxi Bogaard asked € 170 for the ride. But this we thought was worth it for the safety of our baby. Finally, the taxi comes without a baby seat, so the experience with this company has given me stress throughout the journey because of the baby on my lap. After feedback to Jeffrey he says casually. Too bad it was disappointing but it is not mandatory. Very strange way of working. The driver who drove us was a nice man but would not book this company again.
