P	Patrica Roos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zo sta je dan om 2 uur s' nachts in het weekend op Schiphol te wachten op taxi wielkens. Telefoon wordt niet opgenomen. Dan maar een normale taxi pakken op Schiphol grapje kosten ons wel €74,48!!. Geen bus en geen trein. Na 5 keer geprobeerd te bellen - opgegeven en besloten nooit meer iets met dit bedrijf te doen. Basta! So you stand at Schiphol Airport at 2 o'clock during the weekend for taxi wheels. Telephone is not answered. Then just a normal taxi at Schiphol joke cost us € 74.48 !!. No bus and no train. After trying 5 times to call - gave up and decided never to do anything again with this company. Basta!
M	M C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na 2 taxi's besteld te hebben moest er aan het eind van de rit in beide betaald worden, dit terwijl er in 1 van de 2 voor beide betaald was. Na een kort belletje met het bedrijf zouden ze mij terug bellen als ze het hadden uitgezocht, dit gebeurde vervolgens niet. Na op eigen initiatief opnieuw te bellen "was het geregeld" en zou ik het geld op mijn rekening terug ontvangen. 4 dagen later is dit nog niet gebeurd.... Nu wachten tot maandag omdat dan de administratie pas open is! Al met al een hele vermoeiende ervaring met Wielkens taxi's After ordering 2 taxis, payment had to be made in both at the end of the journey, while one of the 2 had paid for both. After a short call to the company they said they would call me back once they had sorted it out, but this never happened. After calling again on my own initiative "it was settled" and I would receive the money back in my account. 4 days later this still hasn't happened.... Now have to wait until Monday because then the administration will not be open until then! All in all a very tiring experience with Wielkens taxis
M	Mariet van Rijn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gehandicaptenvervoer is hier geweldig geregeld. Ik weet helaas dat het ook echt heel anders kan. Bij ziekte afmelden, meteen iemand aan de lijn. En een super lieve chauffeur. Ook de vervangers hele fijne mensen. Het scheelt zoveel zorgen om te weten dat je kind veilig vervoerd wordt. Disabled transport is well organized here. Unfortunately, I know that it can also be very different. In case of illness, call someone off immediately. And a super sweet driver. The replacements are also very nice people. It saves so much worry to know that your child is transported safely.
W	William Hoek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De taxi service was goed. Ik heb de communicatie over de telefoon als duidelijk en goed ervaren. De rit voelde veilig en fijn en kwam optijd aan bij de eindlocatie. Het enige negatieve is dat de taxi ons pas na 45 minuten op kon halen voor de rest is het helemaal top. The taxi service was good. I have experienced the communication over the telephone as clear and good. The ride felt safe and pleasant and arrived at the final location on time. The only negative is that the taxi could only pick us up after 45 minutes, the rest is great.

De genoemde te verwachten aanrijtijd komt overeen met de praktijk. Nette chauffeurs die tijdens de rit niet treuzelen of omrijden. (Ik ben zelf meerdere jaren taxichauffeur geweest in Leiden en omgeving dus ik kijk altijd even mee met de route die de chauffeurs nemen. Als ik een taxi nodig heb, bel ik steevast Taxi Wielkens Easily accessible, even during the wee hours of the night, the telephone is always readily answered by the operator. The stated expected arrival time corresponds to practice. Neat drivers who do not hesitate or detour during the journey. A	Adam H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a last minute taxi from Wassenaar to schipol 90 minutes before we needed it, staff couldn't have been more helpful and the driver arrived promptly. Driver was very friendly and helped us with our bags. Cost was just under €65 and worth every cent.
