Ik wil Jos Boom bedanken voor de moeite die hij heeft gedaan voor mij zodat ik weer kan fietsen geweldig Jos wat een Services. Als je al 5 maanden belt voor een klacht en dan eindelijk gaat krijg je ook nog te horen dat je brutaal bent en laat hij je niet uit praten. Nooit meer terug daar. Friendly young staff. Only that older man is not friendly. If you have been calling for 5 months for a complaint and then finally go, you will also be told that you are being rude and he will not let you talk it out. Never going back there.

Na een prettig verkoopgesprek werd onze elektrische fiets na een uitgebreide uitleg meegenomen. 2 dagen later een lekke band, domme pech, de servicemonteur kwam aan huis de band omwisselen.(er zat en nagel in). Ik vroeg wat de kosten waren maar hier wilde hij niets van horen. Kortom een geweldige service en de volgende fiets komt weer van Jos Boom Fietstechniek. Jos Boom Fietstechniek gets a big 10 from us. Most of the sales are successful, but providing excellent service is often difficult. After a pleasant sales conversation, our electric bicycle was taken after an extensive explanation. 2 days later a flat tire, bad luck, the service technician came at home to change the tire (there was a nail in it). I asked what the cost was but he didn't want to hear about it. In short, a great service and the next bike will come from Jos Boom Fietstechniek.
