β β β β β Ooit schoenen gekocht waar ik binnen 2 maanden door beide zolen liep, geen garantie. Word afgewimpeld met smoesjes om onder de garantie uit te komen. Altijd veel hugo boss gekocht sindsdien de laatste keer. Zeker nu ze mijn oude negatieve review verwijdert blijken te hebben.
 Ever bought shoes where I walked through both soles within 2 months, no warranty. Get rid of excuses to get out of warranty. Always bought a lot of hugo boss since last time. Especially now that they appear to have removed my old negative review.

β β β β β Ik was hier laatst gekomen omdat ik een vraag had. Nou echt waar. De dame achter de kassa (buitenlandse) keek me al van top tot teen afkeurend af. Toen stelde ik na even wachten mijn vraag en halverwege kapte ze me al af. Ik werd bij wijze van spreke daarna opzij geduwt voor een andere meneer die ook aan het wachten was en verder werd er geen aandacht meer aan me besteed. Compleet onvriendelijke dame achter de kassa en ze voelde zich echt duidelijk beter dan mij (de gewone persoon). Ik kom hier nooit meer.
I had come here recently because I had a question. Well really. The lady behind the cash register (foreign) already looked at me from head to toe with disapproval. Then after a while I asked my question and halfway through she cut me off. I was then pushed aside so to speak for another gentleman who was also waiting and no further attention was paid to me. Completely unfriendly lady behind the till and she really clearly felt better than me (the regular person). I'm never coming here again.

β β β β β The lady in shop (she didnt look Dutch ) was really rude, angry that I was unfolding clothes which she had arranged .She almost wanted me out of the shop.Hugo Boss , why do you have such employees working for you and spoiling your reputation ??Please teach her some manners...
