 Do you think you can recreate quietly, the silence is repeatedly disturbed by motorcyclists racing past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rustig, afgelegen gebied van Utrechts Landschap langs de Lek op het terrein van oude steenfabriek. Jammer dat er geen duidelijke wandeling is uitgezet. Er zitten een aantal bedrijven en woningen op het terrein, waardoor je toch een beetje het idee krijgt dat je er niet mag komen. Stukje van de oude spoorlijn volgen is mooi, maar pad loopt dood. Weinig achtergrondinformatie. Geen horeca. Hier kan zoveel meer mee gedaan worden! Bijv. een uitgezette wandeling, leuk restaurant, speeltuin etc.
Quiet, remote area of Utrecht Landscape along the Lek on the site of an old brick factory. It is a pity that no clear walk has been set out. There are a number of companies and homes on the site, which gives you the feeling that you are not allowed to go there. Following a piece of the old railway is nice, but the path ends in a dead end. Little background information. No catering. So much more can be done with this! E.g. a marked walk, nice restaurant, playground etc.
