Heel erg beleefd personeel, en thuis gekomen met twee prachtige sieraden. Groetjes van Silver Never seen such a cute little shop in a long time, sure worth it if you go to Zandvoort, and certainly if it is so is warm outside! Beschadigde top ontvangen en Boudoir by Sara wilde een foto, deze ook gemaild naar ze. Vervolgens geen mail meer van de klantenservice gehad (het mailadres was op de website stond) maar van een heel ander e-mailadres. Product opgestuurd en vervolgens een mail ontvangen waarin ze van mening zijn dat ik Marjolein ben. Tevens zien ze de beschadiging niet, terwijl deze toch duidelijk op de foto en in het echt zichtbaar is (dus de beloofde verzendkosten niet retour) Het lijkt erop dat de administratie hier niet goed op orde is en ze de mails met ruilingen/retourneringen niet goed lezen. Benieuwd of ik mijn geld nog terugkrijg of het geld gestort wordt op de rekening van Marjolein. Had ordered a top from Hudson Bay and it was too big, ordered it in the right size from Boudoir by Sara. Received damaged top and Boudoir by Sara wanted a photo, also emailed it to them. Subsequently no longer received mail from customer service (the email address was on the website) but from a completely different email address. Product sent and then received an email in which they believe that I am Marjolein. They also do not see the damage, while it is clearly visible in the photo and in real life (so the promised shipping costs are not returned) It seems that the administration is not in order here and they do not read the emails with exchanges / returns properly. Wondering if I will get my money back or if the money is deposited in Marjolein's account.

Nou kreeg ik erna meteen een mailtje (terwijl ik die dag ervoor nog een bericht met vraag stuurde over de maat waar ik nog geen reactie op kreeg) dat m'n betaling niet gelukt was. Ik verzocht Sara om een betaallink te sturen zodat ik meteen kon betalen. Wat bleek nou, ze had m'n bestelling maar geannuleerd, dat dat jurkje was teveel afgeprijsd en ik moest 'm dan maar opnieuw bestellen voor de nieuwe veel duurdere prijs. Echt slecht. Ik bestel hier dus nooit meer. I've never experienced this before. Ordered a dress in the sale and chose Klarna. Well, I immediately received an email afterwards (while I sent a message with a question about the size that I had not yet received a response the day before) that my payment had not been successful. I requested Sara to send a payment link so that I could pay immediately. It turned out that she had canceled my order, that that dress was discounted too much and I had to order it again for the new much more expensive price. Really bad. So I will never order here again.
