Als je bij Bours niet tevreden naar buiten loopt dan ligt het toch echt aan jezelf. Very proud and completely satisfied with our new kitchen! Men heeft geduld indien je niet binnen 2 of 3 bezoekjes eruit bent. Er wordt goed geluisterd naar je wensen (dat was bij concurrent niet voldoende) en deze wensen worden mooi uitgewerkt met een creatieve eigen inbreng, die ons zeer goed bevalt. Keuken werd geplaatst door vakkundig en geduldige monteurs met kennis van zaken. Geen jaagwerk gelukkig. Al met al zijn wij superblij met de nieuwe keuken die géén enkel tegenvallend element bevat. Voor ons komt bours keukens als beste uit de bus van alle door ons bezochte keukenzaken. Our experience with bours kitchens is excellent. Expertly assisted, with an eye for details, in putting together a new kitchen. People are patient if you are not out within 2 or 3 visits. We listen carefully to your wishes (that was not enough for a competitor) and these wishes are nicely elaborated with a creative contribution that suits us very well. Kitchen was installed by skilled and patient mechanics with knowledge. No hunt luckily. All in all, we are super happy with the new kitchen that contains no disappointing element. For us, bours kitchens is the best of all the kitchen stores we visit.

Er werd goed met ons meegedacht met als resultaat een super mooie keuken waar we heel blij mee zijn! Feit dat we altijd goed geholpen zijn bij Bours is ook heel prettig. Ook toen er na plaatsing een probleem ontstond werden we hier perfect mee geholpen, heel fijn! Ik zou Bours keukens zeker aanraden voor wie een mooie keuken wilt voor een eerlijke prijs en goede service belangrijk vind. Bours Keukens staat garant voor kwaliteit en flexibiliteit. Tijdens onze eerste orientatie - alsook tijdens onze vervolgafspraken - zijn we steeds goed, snel en vakkundig geholpen. Hier geen opdringerige verkopers, maar medewerkers die in alle rust de wensen en mogelijkheden bespreken en echt met je meedenken. Gemaakte afspraken worden helder vastgelegd en duidelijk besproken. Door deze aanpak liep het gehele traject- van bestelling tot plaatsing - op rolletjes. Kortom, wil je 'gewoon goed zonder gedoe?' Ga dan naar Bours.
