★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful, romantic, stunning hotel set in the most beautiful area of Leiden. My husband and I were attending a housewarming party nearby and decided to treat ourselves to a night at the De Baroness Van Leydon. The room was large with vaulted ceilings and large bathroom. Our room over looked the river and was centrally located. There were many lively restaurants nearby. We enjoyed lovely wine from the mini bar which was very reasonably priced and did I mention the room came with air condition? Truly a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. Would definitely recommend.
