Nice bar area and breakfast in the modern breakfast room was superb. Was tastefully decorated for Christmas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location near the middle of Valkenburg. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and the family room was ideal for us with a 9 and 11 year old, separate bunks much better than having them share a sofa bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel, great staff who are super friendly and happy to help. We stayed May 2015 and really enjoyed our stay.
The location is brilliant as you are only a 2 minutes walk to the heart of the centre with all the bars, cafes and restaurants and they were pretty well all full most nights.
Would recommend and would certainly still there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, nice staff and a very good breakfast. You don’t see salmon as breakfast in many hotels ?. Our room was very clean and the beds were nice. The bathroom was also very clean. We could even watch Netflix and YouTube on the tv. The beds aren’t the best but that is personal for me. Very big pro: the beautiful city of Valkenburg in the summer! We had a wonderful time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quite surroundings. The hotel itself is beautiful as you can see on the pictures. Despite we had an attic room it was clean and quite. The bathroom was quite tiny but we had a great time anyway. The food is delicious. If you want to do a night out there even recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel located in quiet part of town, but only two minutes from a vibrant town centre. We had to initially park centrally on arrival to scope out vehicle access to park as located in a residential area, some roads bollarded off for resident access only. Once sorted it was Easy to get to and park and exit town to get to motorway. Excellent facilities such as rooms and meals and staff very friendly. The Only thing that lets it down is that there is no lift for elderly or disabled. They also charge for car parking overnight which could niggle some guests.

The pictures of rooms on google and booking do not represent the reality. The room we got is a joke: dirty, humid, no noise cancellation, the bathroom with water everywhere and no ventilation at all, funny smells from towels like from a home laundry.
The so called fantastic breakfast has cold and hard scrubbed egg, oily and extreme salty fried bacon, very limited fresh-made food but most of the buffet comes from a supermarket.
It is definitely not a 3 star hotel, I say it is more like an Airbnb room.
I have booked two nights stay based on positive comments, very promising pictures and relatively high scores on booking.com, but it turns out like a nightmare. I have very confidence to say it’s my worst experience to stay at a hotel and I feel I have been cheated from their marketing.
After one night stay, I immediately checked out even I need to pay for the expenses of two nights stay. The owner does not ask any reasons when I checked out one day earlier but all she reminded me that I have to pay for two nights. It means customers come very last after money and her profits.
I do not recommend this hotel at all and there are definitely cheating issues and false marketing about this hotel on booking.com and google review.
