S	Steve Fletcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are staying here for 3 nights and i have read some not very complimentary reviews, so let me put your mind at rest, for what you pay this is a lovely hotel the staff in reception bar restaurant and chamber maids are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The bedrooms as every where else in the hotel are lovely and warm. The food in the restaurant both evening meals and breakfast are very good you should come and try it for yourself.
W	Wendy Jeeves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff, reasonable meals although the evening meal was cordon bleu style and therefore minimalist. Bedrooms could do with updating as ours didn't have a proper shower just a bath with a shower attachment and no cupboard space. Lifts too small and very slow.

Some staff were friendly someone not they seemed abrupt but probably it's a cultural difference. There is extra cost to use the sauna which they don't let you know when you book..why i dnt know. We have to vacate the pool because the local kids have swimming lessons at 3 pm , so the guest who had booked with the view of using the pool had to vacate the pool ?.annoying.
D	D.J. Valkenburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Really good location. Fantastic staff. Really good breakfast. Only reason it lost a star was due to the having to climb stairs with luggage due to Elevator not taking us to our half floor between two levels. It seems like a weird complaint but if you have stayed there before and are roomed on the second floor at the end of the hall you have to haul your luggage up and down stairs. Other than that, we were very happy.
M	Made by Sova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never again! hotel parking full and staff recommended us to use the parking in front of the hotel as it is cheaper anyway. Dinner was average, not worth the money. We booked the room via weekendjeweg and paid 74euro per night so given that hotel offers the most expensive room on their website for 69euro we expected to have one of their best rooms. We have received their cheapest room, very small which is ok but after long "Covid" stay at home we wanted bit more than tiny room. Bathroom floor and sink and toilet seat were covered with 2 different types of human hair... how can you trust this hotel especially during covid time with hygiene with experience like that? We complained but achieved only that they would give us different cheap room. We asked upgrade for which they charged 17euro extra per night but they had only available upgrade for one night. Room had more space, outdated furniture, bathroom again had hair in the sink... we booked another hotel
C	Cristina Mendez Palencia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience at this hotel could be greatly improved. We had a very noisy room next to the parking lot which would not let us rest properly. The bed was actually two separate mattresses which would drift apart from each other if someone wanted to sleep in the middle. Quite annoying and not comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast was not worthy. The bread was super dry and cooked eggs were not cooked properly.
S	Sandy King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb position next to a small river. Food excellent & amazing choice for breakfast. Dinner well presented. I would loved to have been able to use the pool but unfortunately I didn't have time I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The food was beautifully presented and tasty. The staff were very helpful. There was kettle and hairdryer in the room. There is a supermarket opposite Enjoyed our stay
