★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima geholpen bij uitkiezen van badkamer tegels. Niet opdringerig, maar wel goed advies. Gemaakte offerte moest toch nog 2x worden aangepast. Teveel m2 berekend en de toegezegde korting niet verrekend. Maar na mailtje en telefoontje werd dit snel aangepast. Vlotte levering op afgesproken tijd stip. Tevreden klant!
 Great help with choosing bathroom tiles. Not intrusive, but good advice. Quotation made still had to be adjusted twice. Too many m2 calculated and the promised discount not settled. But after e-mail and phone call this was adjusted quickly. Smooth delivery at the agreed time. Satisfied customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg slecht geholpen door de tegelverkoper, die nergens verstand van had en steeds op en neer naar zijn computer of collega's die hem verder ook niets wisten uit te leggen. Half uur rijden voor niets. Echt geen aanrader.

Helped very badly by the tile seller, who knew nothing about anything and was always up and down to his computer or colleagues who could not explain anything to him. Half hour drive for nothing. Really not recommended.

Het mislopen van de andere 4 sterren komt door de zeer beroerde keuken montage
Er is een jaar overgedaan om het af te werken door verschillende partijen
Allerlei belofte en slechte communicatie door de leiding gevende
Volgende keer toch maar mandemakers proberen

Na deze reactie heeft Nelemans actie ondernomen.
Ze zijn ons tegemoet gekomen om de teleurstelling te verzachten.
Tevens is er actie ondernomen om de puntjes op de I te zetten.
The star is for the tiled floor and it has been very skillfully laid
Missing out on the other 4 stars is due to the very poor kitchen installation
It took a year to finish it by various parties
All kinds of promise and bad communication from the manager
Next time I'll try basket makers

Ze komen nu al voor de 6e keer om de keuken naar behoren af te werken
They sell nice kitchens and floors but they can't put anything decent.
They are already coming for the 6th time to finish the kitchen properly
