Tot op heden erg positief over de verleende diensten, bij storingen erg snel op locatie en altijd van goede kwaliteit. De monteurs zijn ook erg vriendelijk en denken mee over een geschikte oplossing. Al met al, erg aan te bevelen!
A few weeks ago we teamed up with the guys from Boys with Brains. Up to now very positive about the services provided, in case of malfunctions very quickly on location and always of good quality. The technicians are also very friendly and think along about a suitable solution. All in all, highly recommended!

Het enthousiasme van mijn partner was zeker niet onterecht, topservice tot nu toe! In het speciaal erg tevreden over de communicatie en snelheid van de service. Communicatie verloopt erg soepel en is altijd duidelijk, erg prettig om mee te werken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds vorige maand onderhoud van onze systemen en hardware aan boyswithbrains over gelaten van ruim 40 kantoren van ons in Nederland. Fijne opstart gehad met de boys, duidelijke voorwaarden en een heldere communicatie over alle zaken omtrent het onderhoud en de werkwijze. Tot op heden nog erg te spreken over de samenwerking. Wanneer er een melding wordt gemaakt vanuit een van onze kantoren, direct respons vanuit de monteurs en ruim op tijd iemand op locatie die het vervolgens netjes oplost. Keep up the good work boys!
Since last month, maintenance of our systems and hardware has been left to boyswithbrains from more than 40 offices of ours in the Netherlands. Had a good start with the boys, clear conditions and clear communication about all matters concerning maintenance and the working method. So far we are very happy with the collaboration. When a report is made from one of our offices, immediate response from the technicians and someone on location well in time who then solves it neatly. Keep up the good work guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nu ongeveer 2 maanden geleden een samenwerking met Boys with Brains aangegaan, nog steeds erg tevreden. De mobiele pinautomaten in onze winkels hebben zo nu en dan nog wel eens gebreken, de boys hebben dit goed op kunnen pakken de afgelopen maanden. Na het melden van een storing wordt deze direct opgepakt en is een monteur erg snel op locatie om het op te lossen. In de meeste gevallen konden deze netjes gerepareerd worden maar wanneer dit niet mogelijk was, had de monteur direct een nieuw exemplaar paraat om de oude te vervangen. Top service dus!
Started a collaboration with Boys with Brains about 2 months ago, still very satisfied. The mobile ATMs in our stores occasionally have defects, the boys have been able to deal with this well in recent months. After reporting a malfunction, it is immediately picked up and a technician is very quickly on location to solve it. In most cases these could be neatly repaired, but when this was not possible, the mechanic immediately had a new one ready to replace the old one. So top service!
