★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BPD stuurt je graag klanttevredenheidsenquetes, maar daarin stellen ze helaas de verkeerde vragen. Ze willen eigenlijk helemaal niet weten wat je van het aankoopproces als geheel vond. Dat is gek, want daar gaat het nou juist wel om. Is de klant juist voorgelicht over de woning? Was de projectinformatie duidelijk en compleet? Hoe gaat de overdracht naar de aannemer en maakt die aannemer er wel of niet een zooitje van ?
Hadden ze deze vragen gesteld, dan hadden ze geweten dat daar nog wel wat te verbereren viel.
BPD gladly sends you customer satisfaction surveys, but unfortunately they ask the wrong questions. They actually don't want to know at all what you thought of the purchasing process as a whole. That's crazy, because that's what it's all about. Is the customer properly informed about the property? Was the project information clear and complete? How does the transfer go to the contractor and does that contractor make a mess or not?
Had they asked these questions, they would have known that there was something to be improved there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkoopgesprek gehad met dhr. Marnix Haanappel over een nieuwbouwwoning. Aardige man die alle tijd voor je neemt. Let wel op dat je alle mondelingen afspraken schriftelijk laat vastleggen! Bij ons zijn er mondelinge toezeggingen gedaan die later zijn ontkend. Vervolgens krijg je te maken met een grote, krachtige organisatie die puur theoretisch kijkt en je voornamelijk wijst op je (juridische) plichten en totaal de menselijke aspecten van het geheel uit het oog verliezen. BPD (onderdeel van de Rabobank) zou zich moeten schamen om zo onmenselijk, onprofessioneel en onrechtvaardig te handelen.
Had a sales conversation with mr. Marnix Haanappel about a new-build home. Nice man who takes all the time for you. Please note that you have all verbal agreements recorded in writing! We have made verbal assurances that were later denied. Then you will be dealing with a large, powerful organization that looks purely theoretically and mainly points out your (legal) obligations and totally lose sight of the human aspects of the whole. BPD (part of Rabobank) should be ashamed to act so inhumanely, unprofessional and unjust.
