★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij ons in de wijk Brandevoort zijn er problemen (binnen de bouwrechtelijke vervaltermijn) met losstaande sierschoorstenen, die gevaarlijk boven de voordeur zitten. Waar andere projectontwikkelaars zich verantwoordelijk voelen en met een oplossing komen, laat BPD hun ruim 400 klanten in de kou staan. Dit onder de noemer "achterstallig onderhoud", terwijl een gevel in principe onderhoudsvrij is. Dus gemeentes en toekomstige kopers, weet wat u kan verwachten! Ik koop nooit meer een huis van BPD.
With us in the Brandevoort district, there are problems (within the building law expiry period) with detached ornamental chimneys, which are dangerously above the front door. Where other project developers feel responsible and come up with a solution, BPD leaves their more than 400 customers in the cold. This is called "overdue maintenance", while a facade is in principle maintenance-free. So municipalities and future buyers know what to expect! I will never buy another home from BPD again.
