★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben deze makelaardij drie keer ingezet, een keer als aankoopmakelaar en tweemaal als verkoopmakelaar. Wij zijn erg tevreden over de kwaliteit van het werk dat ze doen en de service. André komt daarbij ook betrouwbaar en kundig over. De prijs is zeer schappelijk.
Het enige minpuntje is dat ze hun te koop bord niet weghalen nadat het huis verkocht is. Dat is mij beide keren overkomen.
We have used this brokerage three times, once as a purchase broker and twice as a sales broker. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work they do and the service. André also comes across as reliable and knowledgeable. The price is very reasonable.
The only downside is that they don't take away their for sale sign after the house is sold. That happened to me both times.

De kopende partij hebben voor enkele uitdagingen gezorgd na het tekenen van de koopakte en zelfs daarbij goede begeleiding gekregen vanuit mijn makelaar. Andre, Karen en hun team weten wat ze doen!
In addition to the spacious, luxurious "starter package", the entire process is professionally and neatly supervised. The buying party posed some challenges after signing the deed of sale and even received good guidance from my broker. Andre, Karen and their team know what they are doing!
