De Favoriet van Ilona! Snelle Booster - Droogshampoo
Dit is mijn favoriet! Mijn favoriete is product uit de BrainWash Professional lijn is de Snelle Booster! Je zou denken dat een droogshampoo vooral de ideale oplossing is voor als je even geen tijd hebt om je haar te wassen, dit is absoluut waar! Het frist je haar meteen op en het heeft een heerlijke geur. Maar dit is niet de enige reden waarom ik het zou adviseren. Het is ook een superfijn product om meer volume en textuur te creëren. Het geeft een lichte body en meer stevigheid aan het haar, zonder een witte waas achter te laten. Je moet natuurlijk wel even goed schudden voor gebruik.

β β β β β Literally waited 2hours for nothing. I was told it will take an hour, but after 2 hours still one person was in front. One of the ladies took a break for half an hour. You can take breaks as part of your job, but let people waiting so long know whether you are on track. Be honest and respect someone else's time. Never again.

β β β β β The brainwash in the ceintuurban is the best in town, the girls are amazing, talented and caring, i had an easy haircut plus colour on the roots and highlight also, the colour is beautiful!!! Hope to find the same hairdressers next time, I feelt welcomed, they did their best to let me get what I wanted and the result was amazing for me. Thanks

β β β β β Friendly staff & great haircuts. Make sure you come early in the weekends as the waiting time gets pretty long. Wish they worked with appointments would help a lot!

β β β β β Bad/basic exprience. Not reccommended it at all
I arrived 4 minutes late and the first words of the hairdresser were βplease, next time, arrive on timeβ (it was 9 am and the place was empty). I told her that i wanted to change my color to a lighter one and she looked at me like I was asking for a very difficult task and said that was impossible cause she needed to bleach it and had no time for that. (Apparently I booked the wrong treatment (one color) on line, but Iβm not a professional, it was impossible to know that you need two colors to go to a lighter color)
She didnβt speak English, her colleague was translating, so in a certain moment I just told them to apply my existing color and cut my hair a little
The rest of the experience was really basic/dissapointing. For example, if you want your hair dry, they will apply the hair dryer on your hair and thatβs all (no straightener, no curls.... nothing)
As a final detail, they suggested to change my mask for a medical one so mine wonβt get ruined (thought it was a nice gesture but then I saw in the ticket that they charge you 1β¬ for that)
To sum up: 50 something euros that, even if i found it cheap, I would have not mind to pay a little bit more and be treated in a more friendly/nicer/premium way. Never again

β β β β β I got lucky and didn't have to wait at all, the staff was lovely and the price was good, however the haircut was not great.
I showed the hairdresser four photos of what I wanted my hair to look like and it came out looking like the standard haircut everyone gets. Hair cut too short and didn't keep it's shape not even for a week.
3/5 for quick & cheap service + pleasant staff.

β β β β β I went to Brainwash in De Pijp 4 months ago and it went perfectly well. Very satisfied with it. Today I went again, wanted to have the same model due that now it is already in a bad shape, but requested not to make it significantly shorter. I was handled by different hairdresser. And it was totally HORRIBLE. She only cut the ends, and asked me βyou got layer before, right?β i nodded and she cut the layersβ ends. Professional hairdresser should know whether my hair has layer or not. I was shock because she only trimmed my hair ends, and said itβs done. I requested again to shape it well, and make it more volume, because she did nothing to the layers. But she said βI should use a volume product.β Oh iβm very much disappointed this time. She is not professional at all. I wish i asked her name.

I reserved my appointment 2 days ago and today, (during Corona and in my working hours) I went there and they told me they have other person who wanted to dye her hair and if she couldn't come they would accept me. However, I had an appointment they did not call me or send me email or even apologize for their behavior . Why they should give a time slot to 2 people. They selected the person who had 2 pay more at the end based on the job( cutting hair vs highlighting)I wasted an hour of my time for nothing. They offered to give me another appointment. Why should some one want to come to you one more time. I had a terrible experience.
