★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom al jaren in deze winkel en ik kom er heel graag. Ik ben een wat oudere vrouw en doe me niet voor als iemand die alles weet. Ik vind dat ze hier altijd goed advies geven. soms zijn ze inderdaad wat kortaf maar chagrijnig vind ik ze niet omdat ze me altijd goed en geduldig helpen. Fijne zaak waar ik graag kom.
 I have been coming to this store for years and I love coming there. I am an older woman and do not pretend to be someone who knows everything. I think they always give good advice here. sometimes they are indeed a bit curt but I don't find them cranky because they always help me well and patiently. Nice place that I like to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al jaren de winkel voor alles wat met elektronica te maken heeft. Ze maken zelfs coax op maat voor je. Groot assortiment, redelijke prijzen goed advies en ik ben altijd vriendelijk behandeld.
For years the shop for everything that has to do with electronics. They even make custom coax for you. Wide range, reasonable prices, good advice and I have always been treated with kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is always a person available who can help with good knowledge. They take the time to sort out your problem. Prices could be a bit high (compared to web shops) ...but who cares if your problem is solved. And if not good you can return your purchases and get your money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My initial experience and impression was more positive than not, but when I wanted to return my item, my opinion changed. Long story, but I was in bind, they had what I needed. Ultimately the crisis situation was resolved without the use of the item, so tried to return it. It was 2 days later as we had tours booked the day before and that morning. We never even opened the box. I was met with quite an unfriendly response to my request to return the item. I was told this item was non-refundable and no store credit. I was never told that at the time of the purchase (I would have still bought it.) My problem was I felt like I was being treated differently because I am a tourist. There was nothing I could do, so I left. I asked my host if this was the norm in the Netherlands, he said no. He graciously offered to go to the store and talk with them. He said they gave him a hard time also. They told him that tourists often buy something and use it a few days and bring it back for a refund. I will admit that is a sad statement on tourists, but this was not me. We genuinely did not need it and did not use it. They said they cannot tell if it's used or not, which I find hard to believe. My host ended up getting me 30 euros back from a 65 euro purchase-they ended up calling it a rental fee. I sympathize with them if tourists are abusing them, but tell us up front that there is no refund.
