β β β β β After two years, stopped using their service because lack of customer service (and "respect) and quality standard.
While they say that are open till 6 pm, I arrived 1730 and they rejected to offer service because two people were in queue. They waste people time, they should either set a time for latest customer acceptance or provide reservations. Unfortunately, the staff lack basic behavior standard and compassion.
Second reasons is that their hair dressers quality range from very good to disaster. You can't choose who to cut your hair, so it's technically random. You might get very bad hair cut because you don't have control on it. That makes the service very uncertain and risky.
Finally, it's a chain shop, so staff only care about their monthly salary, they do NOT care at all about your satisfaction, how to treat you, and quality. They even prefer to have less customers.
For these reasons, I don't recommend their service.

β β β β β 1 stars only because of their lack of customer service and respect. The women that work there have absolutely no manners. They send you away when they feel like it. Even when you come in 3,5 hours before closing time they pretend it will take 5 hours for a few highlights. They also talk about customers or other staff members in front of customers. They never smile, have 0,0 knowlegde of customers service.

β β β β β Fast service and reasonably priced. The timings are great for the weekend as well. They open early to cater to weekend rush. They serve both women and men. The staff is professional and courteous. They don't do appointments, so the wait can be a little longer during afternoons on weekdays.

β β β β β Low quality. Ok, it was really fast. But after first wash, when hair returned to default state it was uneven and I had to correct it myself, otherwise Iβll had to use gel and hair dryer each time. I got such quality first time in my life.

service was ok just like precovid times
Covid preparations were left on the customers and not strictly followed/adhered. Mr. Rutte will be disappointed given that kappers is a high contact and close proximity business where the stylists will be in touch with many potential asymptomatic carriers.
Details:
In covid times, u need to make an appointment unlike precovid times where they emphasized on no appointments. Sadly, this is not mentioned anywhere on the outside of the establishment.
So you come back disappointedly on the first day.
When you reach on the appointed time and day, u still wait for 5-7 minutes.
Free Masks and government guidelines are put at entry for public use but not enforced or adhered to. Not a single one wore mask except me.
Stylists are experienced but customer isn't the CUSTOMER here.
Finally, while paying there's an extra 1 euro cost to already inflated prices of 19.95 against pre covid 17.95 making it a 20.95 haircut.
I would prefer Andalucia kappers (AK) any given day over them for service and experience but I am doubtful of the enforcement of masks in AK too.

β β β β β My first experience with a hairdresser in the Netherlands and not a good one: first of all, Covid measures are just theoretical (I was wearing a mask and asked for the person who was doing the coloring to wear one, which she did, reluctantly, but then the woman who cut my hair - badly - didnβt wear one). They just blew dried my hair without using a brush so I left looking like a scarecrow. And for some reason the final price was more than β¬10 higher than expected. No customer service at all. Horrible place.
