★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ik van deze kapsalon thuis kom , voel ik me herboren. Mijn grijze haren worden zeer vakkundig geverfd en mijn haar wordt uitstekend goed geknipt. Ik ben al 5 jaar klant bij Make it different. Daarnaast is het echt genieten bij Kisla. Ze is zeer vakkundig en klantvriendelijk. Ben erg tevreden !!!
 When I come home from this salon, I feel reborn. My gray hair is dyed very professionally and my hair is cut very well. I have been a Make it different customer for 5 years. In addition, it is really enjoyment at Kisla. She is very professional and customer friendly. I am very satisfied !!!

A place where you come home for a bit of me-time for eight years now. Always cordial and very professional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to bleach the out-growing roots & for colour. It was all very lovely until the last 10 minutes - where she hurried me away because she has a customer waiting. She asked me if i would like my hair dried after she did a full shampoo and rinse (of course i said yes because i am not leaving with completely wet hair into a 8 degrees celcius weather). So i left with half of my fringe trimmed and my hair half wet! All that for 50 euros.. I had to style my hair myself and dry it, FINISH trimming my fringe when i got home.
EDIT: Upon closer inspection of my hair at home i noticed that she missed a spot for bleaching - right in the middle of a strand of hair (which will get very obvious while semi-permenant colour fades)..she most likely noticed it during the colouring process but decided not to tell me! -1 one more star for rough work and dishonest practice.
