BRAM verzorgt uw catering tot in de puntjes! Ik kom graag bij u koken voor een select gezelschap en bereid de gerechten op restaurantniveau in uw eigen keuken! Ook kunnen wij voor u een zakelijke lunch en/of diner verzorgen. Waarbij wij ook de geruime keuze hebben in diverse borrel of hapjes planken.
BRAM staat voor (h)eerlijke en verse streekproducten, vakmanschap, een ruime ervaring, pure gerechten en mooie kooktechnieken! Ik luister graag naar uw wensen en ideeën. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bram heeft voor ons gekookt en ik heb nog nooit zo lekker gegeten! Ikzelf was de enige vegetariër, maar dat was geen enkel probleem. Ontzettend leuk om te zien hoeveel passie Bram heeft voor eten/koken, hoeveel energie hij erin stopt en hoeveel plezier hij eruit haalt. Een heel harde werker en daarnaast is hij open, vriendelijk en geïnteresseerd. Een heel fijn persoon om in je buurt te hebben. Een echte aanrader!
 Bram cooked for us and I have never eaten so good! I myself was the only vegetarian, but that was no problem at all. Very nice to see how much passion Bram has for food / cooking, how much energy he puts into it and how much fun he gets out of it. A very hard worker and he is also open, friendly and interested. A very nice person to have around you. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bram heeft voor ons heerlijk gekookt tegen een betaalbare prijs. Bram was een sociale toegankelijke kerel met passie voor zijn werk. Hij durfde out of the box te gaan met zijn bereidingen, en dat maakte het spannend, fris en vernieuwend. Bram heeft alles netjes afgewassen en de keuken netjes achtergelaten. Bram was voor ons een lichtpuntje in de corona crisis die we niet snel vergeten. Wij raden iedereen aan om Bram te boeken en u te laten verrassen door de vele verrassende smaken.
Bram has cooked deliciously for us at an affordable price. Bram was a socially accessible guy with a passion for his job. He dared to go out of the box with his preparations, which made it exciting, fresh and innovative. Bram has washed everything neatly and left the kitchen tidy. Bram was a bright spot for us in the corona crisis that we will not soon forget. We advise everyone to book Bram and be surprised by the many surprising flavors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New to the area and my job, I was keen to make a good impression on the teachers and staff at IPS Hilversum when I hosted my first borrel! I contacted a number of caterers in the Hilversum area, many did not reply, others replied too late for me to consider them, some were a bit out of our (educational!) budget range. I felt a little like Goldilocks when I discovered Bram, everything was “just right”!
The canapé selection was outstanding, the range, of tastes, textures and presentation was wonderful, but most importantly, everything tasted perfect! The balance of offering created by Bram ensured he delighted everyone’s taste buds.
We also had the free-flow drinks, the red wine was super fruity, I loved it, and everyone who drank it was asking about it. There was a variety of soft drinks, non-alcoholic beers, red and white wine. All this was very tastefully laid out for everyone to help themselves, whilst the very capable Melissa served the food. She was constantly walking through with a freshly loaded tray.
With many thanks to Bram and Melissa who were both very friendly and personable, easy to be around and highly professional, they made sure my first borrel was a run away success. You can bet I’ll be calling Bram again.
