Don't except a restaurant style menu, the food choice is limited to fries, hamburgers, sandwiches and omelet on bread. The restaurant is located near the Soesterduinen, which is one of the larger sand drift area's in the Netherlands. The location was popular with former Queens of the Netherlands, Juliana and before here Wilhelmina, who came here from their nearby residence of Palace Soestdijk

The second our drink was finished, we were told by the guy who run the terrace that we had to go to make space for better paying customers. So rude and won’t recommend this place at all.

We were also not allowed to move the tables so our group had to sit apart from each other. Staff couldn't tell us why?! There are only 2 toilets so there you have to wait as well but the worst is that you cannot wash your hands. There is only some disinfectant gel... How is this situation still possible in a pandemic??? Then later we came back after our walk because we got hungry and we then discovered they started closing the place at 16:00 already so we were not allowed to sit anymore. Its such a waste, the location is excellent. The owners just do not see the potential. EDIT: Because of this review owner is now claiming we had a big argument with their waitress, we didn't and always stayed polite. This restaurant doesn't even deserve 1 star anymore.
