★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, we had quite an interesting experience at this place. We had ordered two Radlers with our dinner. Only because the labels were quite different, I looked more closely at the bottles. It then became clear that on one bottle the expiration date on purpose had been crossed out with a black felt pen. My plan was to just write this in a review, but my wife asked for the manager. He/she apparently was not in, and an older waiter (look for the grey haired waiter in some of the other reviews). He came to our table and, after asking what the issue was, he said that he was not going to apologize because "he" had not done it. Of course, we did not expect that reaction, so the discussion became a little heated. Another waiter then asked whether we wanted perhaps another beer, but we were not at all interested in getting something out of it. We only wanted to tell them that it was really not a good thing to consciously change the expiration date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get some food, which turned out to be still frozen. Gave back the plates and when they came back we got new food which was still frozen.
Apart from that the personnel was unfriendly and didn't really care. Overpriced frozen food, wouldn't recommend.

The plates are well filled and correspond perfectly to the price of the cards. The servers are very nice and meet different expectations.
